The Dairy Cottage has undergone a compete change last year whereby the Parlour is now part of the Dairy, giving it a sleeping capacity of up to 9 people.
It is however most comfortable for six adults and two plus children, depending on age.
The accommodation comprises of:

Large area with new hand built kitchen with built in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, triple gas hob in the Inglenook surround, dishwasher, open beams above with terracotta flooring (it's beautiful!)
Lounge
Large room with exposed beams. Brick fireplace/electric fire, large old cast radiators, old pine dresser with small spiral wood staircase leading up to the parlour bedroom. TV and video
Lower bedroom
Leading off the kitchen and comprises of double bed, wardrobe, a shower enclosure and small hand made hand basin and mirror
1st Floor
Bathroom (Gorgeous!) Large room for the size of cottage with velox window, sunken cast iron bath with hair washing mixer. Airing cupboard, built in china basin, back to wall WC with concealed cistern, a wood decking floor with large cast radiator and exposed beams above.
1st Floor Bedroom
Double bed facility with a single bed option. Beams above with one velox window and small double window looking over the farmyard.
1st Floor Parlour Bedroom en suite
Accessible from the spiral staircase in main lounge, this bedroom being once a separate flat now comprises of two single beds with a further double loft bed if required. Large window plus large velox window with blackout blind, a small showeroom/basin/WC with a fire door leading to the outside. Full central heating throughout.

Overall
It's a lovely cottage and well worth the expense of the new renovation. The garden is rather small but there is a further garden space with bushes and seats etc which is well maintained.
The walks around the farm are absolutely idyllic and lead to the Castle, the Tennyson Trail, the Downs and only twenty minutes walk to Newport or Carisbrooke, so throw the car keys in the pond!
