By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Cowshed web site.

1. All transactions are quoted in pounds sterling.
2. Prices shown on the website are for online automated purchases only.
3. Delivery method for items purchased online is Royal Mail, Parcel Force or by a private courier/freight service as appropriate. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
4. A £2.50 handling fee is included in the delivery cost for every order placed online.
5. Thecowshed.co.uk aim to process all orders paid via Paypal or credit card within 72 hours.
6. We aim to despatch goods within 5 working days once payment has been received.
7.We allow 5 working days after receiving your cheque or postal order to allow for clearance through the system before we will dispatch your goods.
8. Damaged goods must be notified to thecowshed.co.uk within 3 days of receipt and returned to thecowshed.co.uk within 14 days.
9. The prices of the goods for sale remain valid until such a time that they are changed on this website. Any goods ordered will be charged at the price quoted on the website at the time the order was placed.
10. The customer has a right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. They will then be entitled to return the goods in an undamaged and unused condition in their original packaging, to the address below. A full refund less the cost of postage and packaging will be given within 30 days. On cancellation TheCowshed.co.uk will not be able to refund return postage and packing costs incurred by the customer.

11.Thecowshed.co.uk suggests you obtain a certificate of postage, which is free via the post office when returning goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.

As a result the cowshed.co.uk does not possess the items offered for sale through the site and we are not involved or cannot accept any responsibility in the transaction between buyer and seller. It is necessary for buyers to contact the seller direct.The cowshed.co.uk does not precheck the goods or services listed in the sellers adverts. Although we do our best to ensure the sellers are genuine and fair, we cannot guarantee anything. Your dealings with other sellers is at your own risk.

However given the age and nature of the products for sale not every single defect can be listed. If you are really not satisfied with your purchase once it has been received please refer to point 10 above.
