Ordering and Payment Information

Ordering
As you look around thecowshed.co.uk, add the products you require to your shopping cart as you go. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to complete a simple secure online purchase form. You can keep a check on what you have in your shopping cart and amend its contents at any time. Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of your order.
Thecowshed.co.uk will not retain your details for any other use than to process and follow up on your order.

Minimum order
The minimum order that thecowshed.co.uk is able to accept is £5 excluding  postage and packing.

Payment via credit and debit card
Security is the biggest concern for both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction, so, at thecowshed.co.uk we use a secure debit and credit card processing system, which is provided by PayPal who are VeriSign security approved, you don't need to have a registered PayPal account. If you do, then you can transfer payment from your own account if prefered.
Once your payment has been received you will receive email confirmation of your payment from PayPal.

Payment via cheque or postal order
If you prefer to pay via cheque or postal order, at the end of your shopping trip with cowshed.co.uk proceed to the checkout and select the cheque or postal order payment option. 

You will be e-mailed an invoice and payment instructions, simply print a copy of the invoice and send it to us together with your cheque or postal order.
Please write your name, address and order number on the reverse of your cheque.
Please note that if thecowshed.co.uk have not received your payment within 7 days of placing your order, it is automatically cancelled from within the payment system.

When paying by cheque, please note that as per standard banking practice, we allow 5 full working days after receiving your cheque to allow for clearance through the banking system before we dispatch your goods.
Please make all cheques payable to thecowshed.co.uk.
We can only accept cheques from UK bank accounts and in £ sterling.

Items not available
Should any of the products you have ordered be not available when your order if processed, you will be contacted and given the option of a refund.
